Mode Of Admission :::.
Admissions are purely on the basis of an All Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination conducted by The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Government of Kerala. Eligibility for admission is a minimum of 50 % marks in aggregate for Class XIII level Science Batches with Mathematics a compulsory subject. Our College is affiliated to University of Calicut.
Placement Procedure :::.
We offer all on – campus facilities to selected Companies / Organisations, which will select final year or pre –final students of our College for a permanent placement. The following are the general placement procedure we adopt for campus placements.
- We send request letters to leading Companies / Organisations / Defence Establishments along with a copy of our Placement Brochure and Job Announcement Forms.
- On receiving Job Announcement Forms duly filled by the Company / Organisation. Our Career Guidance and Placement Unit (CGPU)will forward the resume of interested students.
- Companies / Organisations may shortlist on the basis of resume, academic achievements and select eligible applicants for further recruitment exercises.
- Conduct Campus Interview and related selection procedures.
- Appointment Letters complete in all respects should be sent to the CGPU, Nehru College of Engineering & Research Centre, Thrissur – 680597. This is to follow our norms and regulations and to ensure equity and fairness to all concerned.

Course Contents :::.
We teach our students as per a Course Delivery System (CDS) developed by our Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) at Department Levels drawn from external source as eminent personalities. Apart from teaching syllabi framed by University of Calicut, our experienced faculty members has designed add-on courses on Technical and Engineering topics as expected by Corporates.
